New Gun Control "Laws": CPS agent Mayla W. Slack has,
on official state letterhead, falsely declared gun control
language from Senate Bill 36 (in the 2004 session) to be "law"
and DCFS policy. Strangely, this bill never passed the
legislature. Gun control "laws" are already in place, however,
to punish innocent gun owners and parents.

officials, has published a new "ruling" that allows taxpayer

Fearful Senators Pass Anti-Infanticide Bill: Over the past year, citizens have
appropriately and relentlessly pounded state senators for
repeatedly filibustering anti-abortion bills. Fearing their
political careers, senators sailed SB 68 S3 (prohibiting
taxpayer funding of abortion on demand) through in a 21 to 7
vote. Unfortunately, over this same year, the innocent blood
of over 3,800 Utah infants has been shed.

for 2/4/06: Minor changes have since been made in
the 2005 session to the statute covering parental rights

parental adjustment". Most importantly, Utah parents
still do not have the right to a trial by a jury of their
peers.
