State Auditor Sues
WCF

Utah State Auditor Auston
Johnson has filed suit against the Workers Compensation Fund (WCF).
His office had
subpoenaed the WCF in August 2003, demanding all documents
related to rulings concerning their tax-exempt status.
WCF had refused to provide those documents without
stipulations.
